Refund Policy New
Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, if you are not happy with the product received.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. If your exchange request is accepted after our inspection, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange request, will not be accepted and sent back on to-pay mode.

All such returns expenses will have to be borne by the customer. The House of Ganges shall bear the expenses of the item that will be sent as an exchange from our end.
Colour of products
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on The House of Ganges website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
