RETURN & EXCHANGE
We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products purchased during clearance sale CAN NOT be returned.
If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact the Customer Service at care@thehouseofganges.com or by calling +916291-900300 within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by The House of Ganges. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.
When Will I Receive The Refund or Exchange of My Return?
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. The refund or exchange will be processed within 48 Hrs after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
