How long will my order take?
Most of our bags and accessories are made after you order. We usually make and dispatch your order in 3–4 days, and delivery within India typically takes a few more days depending on your location. Please allow approximately 4–10 days from order confirmation in total. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, where available for your pin code. COD orders carry an additional charge of ₹150. Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm a COD order before we start making it.
How do I track my order?
We share tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside India?
International shipping is available where supported at checkout. Shipping charges and any import duties or taxes are paid by the buyer.
Personalisation
Is personalisation free?
Yes. Simply type your initials in the personalisation box on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised products are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing defect.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
What is your returns policy?
We accept requests for damaged, incorrect or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or video. Approved claims are replaced at no extra cost. Read the full Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been processed, personalised or shipped. Once a COD order has been confirmed by call or WhatsApp, it cannot be cancelled.
Products & care
What material do you use?
Our bags and accessories are made from cruelty-free PU leather — soft, durable and easy to care for, with no animal leather. Select styles are also made in handloom and soft jute fabrics.
How do I clean my bag?
Wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals and direct heat. See our Care & Warranty page for more tips.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are on our Care & Warranty page.
