SHIPPING INFORMATION — INDIA

Most House of Ganges bags and accessories are made after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 4–10 days from order confirmation for production and delivery within India. Timing may vary by product, location, holidays and courier serviceability. We’ll contact you if your order needs longer.

Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery, where available for your pin code, carries an additional charge of ₹150. Our team will contact you to confirm COD orders before production or dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

We’ll share tracking details once your order is dispatched. Courier partners normally make up to three delivery attempts; re-shipping after an unsuccessful delivery may incur an additional charge.

Express service may be possible for selected products and locations. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery date and any additional charge.
