Returns & Refund Policy
At The House of Ganges, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. If something isn’t quite right with your order, our team will be happy to assist.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
All returned items are inspected by our quality team before approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalised or embossed products
- Items purchased during special sale or clearance events
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
As personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: care@thehouseofganges.com
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
We recommend recording a video while opening the package as proof in case of transit damage.
Return Shipping
Unless the item received is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or personalised, it cannot be cancelled.
